What is the criteria for getting emancipated in nc?

I am 17 years old, i am a female, i am graduated from high school. my mom and stepdad drink excessevly everyday they scream at eachother and my mom even shot at my stepdad there is a bullet hole in the window as proof. she keeps threatning me and telling me i have to pay rent when our house payment is onnly 300 a month and my real dad pays that much every 1st i work 40 hours a week and have my lisence. my mother steals my money all the time even though her and my step dad have a full time job. they are swingers and all the time leave porn and sex toys laying around the house. they also have thier swinger friends over all the time. i am on the list for the next spring cosmetology classes for my local communty college do you think im elidgible for emancipation
