Can i sell through Ebay if im in Mexico?

I just moved to Mexico and i want to continue selling to the United States. Can i do this despite my new residence? I know there is a Mexican version of Ebay, mercadolibre.com, and i plan to register but i dont want to leave Ebay. I like there system, plus i have a pretty reputable seller history, and i would hate to start over.
