How to stay commited to workout?

Well excericising first thing in the morning is best, and as for staying motivated: Look at yourself in the mirror and say: "Do you wanna get fit, or not? Well? Do you???" And then imagine how you'll look once youre toned and fit and super attractive, and think, i will work out because that's what i want to look like, and that is what i WILL look like!
