Diagrams for a 1973 Dodge Dart?

not all of them have power on them until the switch that uses that circuit is turned on or the circuit is used ,power remains vacant until that circuit is used,so that may be why its not got power going to it right now,it sounds like you got a burnt fusible link on it that will knock the power out to all the things you mentioned,good luck on it.
