Were humans meant to be MONOGAMOUS?

I guess this goes back to your view on creation or evolution If you believe in the evolving from slime theory, then i guess it doesnt matter, swing wherever, as we are like animals then. If you believe you are made in the image of God, and believe in the creation , then you have a bar level that is raised higher. You need to find your true mate and stay there in the same union forever (that is the ideal to reach for) but it is a fallen world, so we have a lot going against that - but it still holds true.
