An someone please explain to me what did the Governor Scott Walker did on Sunday regarding the budget bill?

This can’t be true. Everyone knows that the only way to balance the budget is to raise taxes on the filthy rich and evil corporations, not by making cuts in the budget. If you don’t believe me just ask any liberal. Looks to me like Governor Scott just guaranteed his re-election.
