Problems with VisTablet and Gimp2...Help?

Okay, I recently bought the VisTablet Muse. I want to paint with it on Gimp, as I know the program. Yesterday it registered pressure, but was drawing far to the left compared to where the pointer was. Today it doesn't register pressure, but it is drawing in the correct spot. I'm completely baffled. I went to input devices, and tried to configure that, but it says there are no extended input devices... Can anyone offer any advice?
