Pokemon global link: can't access account?

About a month ago, I registered for pokemon global link and I registered mt game sync code. A long time after that, I forgot the user name, password, and screed name for my account. When I try to retrieve my user name, it says there are multiple accounts that use the email I entered in. Also, when I tryed putting in the user ID and the date of birth, it still said that. I've tryed guessing on what my user name and password could be, but it was no use. I can't get another account since my game sync was registered. Can someone tell me how to get into my account. Please don't tell me to keep guessing because I've tryed that for quite some time.
