How Do I Stop Being So Self-Conscious Of Myself?

I'm a 14 Y/O Boy and I hate the way I look. I don't know why, I just do. I get compliment on my hair and other features all the time and girls at school tell me I'm really cute but I still don't like myself. I think I may be depressed. My dad commited suicide from depression when I was 4 and I hear that it can run in the family. I've had GF's before, I just don't know whats wrong with me?
