Do you think someone can be by themselves for life?

Or is it better to get married or be in a commited relationship for life, i'm a 18 yr old male and personally don't care for a romantic relationship i never been in a real relationship (im a introvert or a loner). I'll rather avoid the drama and dysfunction my parents or some other married/committed couples go through.Right now i want to focus on finding a job and continuing and finishing college.
